Who we are

This site is operated by James Kenny. For any privacy request (access, deletion, correction, or withdrawal of consent), reach out via the contact page.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: email and optional first name, stored in HubSpot and mirrored in our database.
  • Contact form (Tally): information you provide in the form (name, email, message).
  • Meeting booking (Calendly): details you provide when scheduling a call.
  • Access areas: functional cookies to remember access tokens and UI preferences.
  • Emails: operational emails are sent via Resend; delivery metadata may be logged for deliverability.

How we use your data

  • To send the newsletter you opted into and manage your subscription.
  • To reply to messages sent via the contact form.
  • To schedule meetings you request and send reminders.
  • To provide functional access (e.g., remembering access tokens or sidebar state).

Legal basis

Newsletter emails rely on your explicit consent. Contact and meeting requests are processed under legitimate interest to respond to your inquiry. Functional cookies are used to provide requested features.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact and booking data are retained only as long as needed to respond and for basic records. Access tokens/cookies expire automatically or can be cleared in your browser.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent at any time. Use the contact page to start a request.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses functional cookies for access tokens and UI preferences. Tally and Calendly may set their own cookies when the embeds load. There is no advertising tracking in use.
